Having played really well and created many scoring opportunities this was a very disappointing result for the away side. As early as the 4th Minute Left Back Cullen French played a beautifully weighted pass through to Daniel Perkins only to see the forward lose his footing when one on one with the Keeper. This seemed to be the pattern for Wingate & Finchley with the impressive Shai Revivo & Chebueze Anyaegbu creating numerous chances only to see the forwards not take their opportunities. After having most of the play in the first half Wingate & Finchley went 1 - 0 down in the 44th minute. They dominated large spells of the second half only to concede another with 12 minutes to go. Two futher goals in the final two Minutes sealed the visitors fate.
