Wingate & Finchley, in partnership with Whitefield School can offer a football pathway as well as educational qualifications. The FLEX (Football Learning and Excellence) is a full time educational scheme which combines study and coaching 5 days a week. Our FLEX students compete in The Football Youth Conference Alliance, FA Youth Cup and Ryman Youth Cup, with most matches played on a Wednesday afternoon.

We can offer some of the best facilities and coaching, while Whitefield School can provide a variety of courses and an educational environment which Ofsted describes as “Outstanding”.  At Wingate & Finchley, we believe in quality not quantity. Therefore, we can GUARANTEE every player the opportunity to play competitive football. A pathway into the first team and further progression is available if you are fortunate to make football your career. However, making the professional ranks is even harder than ever and therefore the opportunity to continue your education is a valuable one.
