Management News

Wingate & Finchley can announce that Nicky Shorey has unfortunately stepped down from his role as joint manager at the club due to unforeseen other commitments. Nicky goes with our best wishes, and we are able and delighted to confirm that Glen Little will continue in his role. During our efforts to find a solution with Nicky over the past week, Glen has managed the last two matches. His first game in charge was the Cockfosters 6-1 win, and he was also in charge for the 2-1 away win at Sittingbourne in the FA Trophy on Saturday. Glen joined the club along with Nicky and quickly established himself as a key member of the Management Staff. He will continue alongside the Club's existing coaching structure that is already in place. We wish Nicky well for the future.
