Marvin Morgan

Wingate & Finchley are deeply saddened to have received news today that former striker Marvin Morgan has passed away, aged just 38.

Marvin played 7 games for Wingate & Finchley, scoring once, in a two-month spell at the start of the 2019/20 season. Marvin was a friend to many clubs in London and had played for a number of teams in the Football League. He was also a dedicated anti-racism and anti-discrimination campaigner, setting up his own football team Fresh Ego FC to raise awareness around racism in football.

The club would like to offer their condolences to those closest to Marvin at this deeply tragic time.
