We are pleased to confirm the return to the club of Spencer McCall.
The midfielder started at the club as a fourteen year old player, and was part of the highly successful youth development of the club. He played under our chairman at youth level and in the same team as Ryan Sellers and Joe Sharpe prior to earning a scholarship at Stevenage.
He also was in the unusual position of attending Harefield Academy where he represented Watford and was part of the team where Afolabi Obafemi prospered.
Whilst at Stevenage he was loaned back where he made his senior debut for Wingate & Finchley under manager Gary Meakin. He then went on to play in the Conference South for Bishops Stortford before having seasons at Harrow Borough and Hendon.
Spencer is part of the squad development which includes many youngsters, most of which have played together in preceding years either at the club or at academies and we are delighted to welcome him back.
