Squad updates

Two centre backs have made outgoing moves; firstly John Mbamarah has left the club by mutual consent and is set to join Canvey Island. Meanwhile Tommy Smith has gone on loan to Harpenden Town.

Some recent additions to the squad are Jordan Gibbons, Ben Pattie and Max Kyte who have all already made their debuts.

Gibbons is a product of Queens Park Rangers youth academy he was given a professional contract in 2011. In 2013, Scottish Premier League team Inverness Caledonian Thistle signed him on loan until the end of the season. Following his release from QPR, Gibbons signed for League Two side Yeovil Town but was released at the end of the 2015–16 season. Having been released by Yeovil, Gibbons called time on his professional football career having struggled with injury.

Pattie is 20 and started his senior football at Hemel Hempstead when he was snapped up by QPR and given a professional contract, he then signed for Woking where he appeared with our very own Reece Beckles. Ben started the season at Folkestone Invicta however being a local lad the travelling was too much and we signed him at the beginning of November.

Max Kyte, 24, is a huge presence at 6"4 as well as having pace to burn. Max joins us on loan from London Lions.
