Squad Update

We are pleased to announce some new signings: James Ewington James started the 2018/2019 season at Northwood, scoring 14 goals in the opening two months before signing for Walton Casuals - where he scored 27 goals in 30 games. Olumide Oluwatimilehin -Midfield Previously with Barking, Lewes and part of of the Merstham play off side, 'Olu' is a strong box to box midfielder who has impressed in pre season against league opposition. Tage Kennedy - Striker We have kept a careful eye on Tage a lightning quick striker/winger who has been courted by numerous clubs at our level. Both Tage and Wingate felt it the right move to progress him from Enfield Borough this season. Marvin Morgan - Striker Born in Manchester, Morgan started his career in the youth team at Wealdstone before he joined Yeading in November 2004 for a fee of £3,000. In May 2007, he joined the Conference National side Woking. In May 2008, Morgan signed for the Conference National champions and newly promoted League Two side Aldershot Town for an undisclosed fee. Morgan joined Shrewsbury Town following his release from Aldershot and started the opening game of the League Two season against Plymouth Argyle, signing a two-year contract in July 2013. Following his release from Plymouth, Morgan returned to non-League football, joining Havant & Waterlooville of the National League South in June 2015. He re-joined former club Wealdstone on loan in February 2016, and then secured a full season loan to Bath City ahead of the following season. On 20 June 2018 Morgan signed for Hendon. But Morgan left shortly after. Henry Ochieng - midfield Henry started at West Ham at the age of 8 years old and then joined Leyton Orient for his scholarship. Henry made 12 appearances for the first team . Following his release he joined Braintree, he also made one appearance for Kenya Under 23. Roman Michael-Percil -Striker Roman started his career at Spurs and has been a long term target. Always impressing against us, he was part of the Merstham promotion winning team last season and the Braintree team that achieved promotion the season before last. Alan Fleming - Striker Fleming started at Luton Town, however impressing as a youngster meant Norwich came in and paid a fee for the prospect. He left the Canaries in May 2018 Mason Hall - defender Mason is a young defender who joins us following his scholarship at Leyton Orient Henry Marku - defender


Our three young players with long term injuries are as follows: Joe Sharpe Joe made a return for three months last season after a serious knee injury but a referred complex cartilage injury will keep him out for the next six months Jake Eales Jake is back in light training with a hopeful return date of @ October . Sam Tring The unfortunate news is Sam Tring has torn his ACL in his comeback game and will be out for the majority of the season. We shall keep you informed on all of their progress
