U17s Win 4th Trophy

On Sunday Wingate & Finchley's U17's added the London County cup to an earlier EJA league title, the EJA cup and the AFA cup. This was sealed with an exciting 4-2 penalties victory over Snaresbrook after the scores finished level at 1-1 after extra time, with Aris Savva equalising in injury time of the 90 minutes. The four trophies may soon turn into five, as the side still have a post-season playoff after winning the regional league division. The U16's have won two cups this season, and the club are holding trials for next season on Monday May 6th for boys in the U17-21 years. Full details are on the club website.
